NON-CUSTOM ORDERS
Upon confirmation of payment, non-custom items will be processed for shipment within two (2) business days, subject to product availability and order volume.
To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and you receive shipment within the time frames specified, please be sure that your address is entered completely and correct. Please ensure that the use of correct abbreviations and having spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for any information that is provided incorrectly to Xeist Inc.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Xeist Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged packages. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Xeist Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Xeist Inc., you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued. Xeist Inc. will not be held responsible for lost goods or items of any sort.
Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the order total unless expressly stated otherwise. Xeist Inc. is not responsible for any delays, fees, or additional charges caused by customs processing.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders include, but are not limited to, team uniforms, decorated apparel, customized bags, personalized products, made-to-order items, products with logos, names, numbers, artwork, embroidery, printing, sublimation, or any other customer-specific customization.
Custom orders are produced according to the specifications approved by the customer. Production timelines may vary depending on order size, product availability, artwork approvals, customization requirements, and overall production volume. Any production or delivery timelines provided by Xeist Inc. are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all details related to a custom order before production begins, including but not limited to artwork, logos, spelling, names, numbers, sizes, colours, quantities, and design placement. Once a custom order has been approved and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or returned, except where required by law or where Xeist Inc. determines, in its sole discretion, that an error was caused by Xeist Inc.
Xeist Inc. is not responsible for customer-approved errors, including incorrect spelling, incorrect sizing, incorrect numbers, incorrect logos, incorrect colour selections, or any other details approved by the customer before production.
Once a custom order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Xeist Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged packages. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping details, failed delivery attempts, refused shipments, or returned packages shall be the responsibility of the customer.
For international custom orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the order total unless expressly stated otherwise. Xeist Inc. is not responsible for customs-related delays, fees, or charges.
Due to the customized nature of these products, all custom order sales are final.
